ental company in Southern California is suing Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton for $270,000 after he allegedly caused thousands of dollars in damages to a Beverly Hills mansion he rented for two months starting in March, According to the lawsuit, a copy of which TMZ has obtained, Newton paid $123,000 to rent the $11 million home for 61 days, agreeing  that he wouldn’t throw any parties, would not allow smoking in the house and would never have more than eight people at the house at all times. But a houskeeper told the rental company that Newton had thrown multiple parties, leaving cigarette ashes cheap jerseys all over the house.The rental company is managed by Jared Pobre, husband of television personality Stacy Keibler. In the lawsuit, Pobre says Newton broke an expensive refrigerator, ruined the floors and linens, destroyed a $32,000 rug and refused to pay the $90,324 damage bill.
